Potential candidates must be enrolled in a national college or university at the time of their application and recent graduates must have graduated no more than six months prior to applying. Interns must be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a background check and U.S. citizens.
Internships are unpaid and provide no housing or travel assistance. Academic credit is available upon request, pending school approval and department capabilities.
Internships are generally three months, and hour & time commitments are decided upon by intern & department without exceeding 40 hours per week. Interns may apply for an internship opportunity with The Woodruff Arts Center or with an Art Partner (Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and High Museum of Art).

Fall Term: September – December
Applications will be accepted until August 15 OR until positions are filled.
Spring Term: January – May
Applications will be accepted until October 31 OR until positions are filled.
Summer Term: May – August
Applications will be accepted until April 15 OR until positions are filled.
Start and end dates of the term for which you are applying are flexible to be set between the supervisor and the internship candidate prior to the start of the internship.
